Terms of Service

The ground rules for working together, from proposals and payments to revisions, delivery and cancellations.

Proposals and scope

Every project starts with a written proposal describing deliverables, timeline and fees. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we begin it.

Payments

Unless agreed otherwise, we invoice 50% to book production dates and the remaining 50% on delivery of the final cut. Invoices are due within 14 days.

Expenses

Travel, location fees, talent and equipment rentals beyond the proposal are billed at cost with your approval in advance.

Revisions and delivery

Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed in the proposal. Final files are delivered in the formats agreed and stored for 12 months after delivery.

Cancellations

If a shoot is cancelled with less than seven days’ notice, crew and rental costs already committed remain payable. We will always try to reschedule first.
