Licensing & Usage

How you can use the films we make for you, how we credit our work and what happens with raw footage.

Your license

Once the final invoice is paid, you receive a perpetual license to use the final deliverables for the channels and regions described in your proposal.

Music and stock

Licensed music, fonts and stock footage are covered for the uses listed in the proposal. New uses, such as paid broadcast, may require an upgraded license.

Talent releases

We collect releases from everyone who appears on camera. Usage terms for professional talent are agreed per project and noted in your proposal.

Raw footage

Raw footage and project files remain with Sequence unless a buyout is agreed. We archive them for 12 months so future edits are quick and affordable.

Portfolio

We may show finished work in our portfolio and showreel after it is publicly released, unless your project is covered by a confidentiality agreement.
