When you contact us through this website we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company and project information. When you work with us we also keep the contracts, invoices and correspondence needed to deliver the project.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver work and send invoices. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted tools for email, file transfer, accounting and website hosting. They only process your data on our behalf and under their own security commitments.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@sequence.com and we will respond within 30 days.
